Job Title: Software Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented professional to provide principal-level technical leadership and platform stewardship for AI Developer Tooling & Enablement initiatives. Our team is responsible for driving technical strategy, architecture, and execution for enterprise-scale developer tools that impact thousands of engineers globally.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical anchor and steward for AI Developer Tooling & Enablement, overseeing architecture, administration, and platform direction.
- Lead proof-of-concept and incubation projects focused on advanced AI development capabilities, including integrations and platform optimization.
- Act as governance owner for code repository initiatives and automation, ensuring compliance and operational excellence across developer tooling.
- Design and implement plugins, dashboards, and automation frameworks to enhance developer experience and visibility into tool usage and cost optimization.
Required:
- Minimum 10 years of professional software engineering experience, with demonstrated expertise in technical leadership.
- Proven skills in code repository administration, governance, and automation at an enterprise scale.
- Strong background in platform engineering and developer experience tooling, with hands-on experience in AI-assisted development tools.
- Excellent cross-functional communication abilities, including translating technical concepts for senior stakeholders and maintaining compliance standards.
