Job Title: Software Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Software Engineer to join our team and drive innovation in AI Developer Tooling & Enablement. Our team is committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions that empower thousands of engineers globally, ensuring secure, scalable, and supportable platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical stewardship for AI Dev Tooling, including GitHub, Cursor, and Claude.
- Establish and evolve technical standards and best practices for AI developer tooling at enterprise scale.
- Own and execute key GitHub and Cursor initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive roadmap alignment and issue resolution.
Required:
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in GitHub administration and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Python and AWS; experience with AI Tooling such as Cursor and Claude.
- Local candidates preferred; previous experience with the company is highly desirable.
