Job Title: Solution Architect
Location: Birmingham, Alabama (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to provide critical architectural guidance and support to core and project teams. Our team delivers impactful software solutions, aligning technology with business goals for lasting value.
Responsibilities:
- Design, review, and document software architecture solutions in alignment with organizational vision and standards.
- Translate business goals into clear functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring scope boundaries and assumptions are defined.
- Model end-to-end workflows, identifying handoffs, system interactions, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Facilitate collaboration with product, engineering, security, and architecture teams to ensure alignment and compliance.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5-7 years of experience in requirements analysis, solution scoping, and architecture solution design using standards and governance.
- Proficiency in architecture documentation, business/system workflow modeling, and system integration design, including API/event/file integration literacy.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and diagramming tools such as Gliffy or equivalent for documenting and tracking architecture processes.
