Job Title: Space Data and Insights Engagement Manager
Location: San Francisco, California (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are recruiting for a Space Data and Insights Engagement Manager to support workplace data governance, floor-plan quality control, and vendor coordination in a fast-paced environment. Our team is seeking a candidate who can help protect the integrity of space data, strengthen process consistency, and support ongoing improvements across workplace technology workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Lead floor-plan governance by reviewing, approving, and validating publications before and after launch, with a strong focus on quality control and data integrity.
- Coordinate drawing intake, version control, and revision instructions with third-party vendors while maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and improve the CAFM/floor-plan playbook, including ownership, approvals, publications, rollback steps, and escalation paths.
- Support space data maintenance, routine audits, and process improvements across floor, desk, room, and neighborhood records while partnering with occupancy planning and design teams.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Business, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of professional experience managing CAFM/IWMS database systems; OfficeSpace is preferred, with FM:Systems, TRIRIGA, Manhattan Centerstone, Archibus, or Serraview also noted in the job description.
- Ability to read and interpret floor plans, construction documents, and CAD standards.
- Strong familiarity with office space measurement and categorization standards such as BOMA and OSCRE.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and consultative communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations across diverse stakeholders.
- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, rapidly shifting environment and willingness to work a hybrid schedule in Mission Bay, San Francisco.
