Job Title: Specialist Business Systems Analyst
Location: New Albany, Ohio (On-site)
Job Summary: We are searching for a Specialist Business Systems Analyst to join our team and contribute to the advancement of digital solutions in product lifecycle management. Our team works cross-functionally within a dynamic manufacturing environment to drive process transformation, system adoption, and digital best practices for critical operations.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document current-state engineering and manufacturing processes, including Bill of Materials (BOM), configuration management, and SKU structures, to identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to gather and define business requirements, rules, and process designs.
- Translate stakeholder needs into user stories, functional requirements, process flows, acceptance criteria, and delivery-ready artifacts within Agile product teams.
- Support deployment, change management, training, user acceptance testing, and ongoing optimization of digital business processes and systems.
Required:
- Master’s degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience, OR Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant work experience in Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in engineering and manufacturing Bill of Materials (BOM), configuration management, SKU structures, and business processes across manufacturing sites.
- Prior understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements and their implications on software deployment in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or medical manufacturing industry.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria as a business analyst, with experience in Agile or Scrum environments.
