Position: Specialist, MSEO Manufacturing Systems Validation

Job Summary:
- As a MSEO Manufacturing Systems Validation specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the validation and compliance of our manufacturing systems within MSEO. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to execute validation activities, maintain regulatory standards, and uphold data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute validation activities for MSEO Manufacturing Systems, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance validation protocols and documentation.
- Conduct validation of Electronic Batch Records (EBR) and Recipe Authoring/Validation processes.
- Provide hands-on support for project and production activities to ensure seamless system operations.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving cGMP, GxP, and SDLC regulations to maintain compliance.
- Implement risk-based validation approaches and Computer Software Assurance (CSA) principles.
- Participate in on-call support rotations and assist in resolving system-related issues promptly.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Electronic Batch Records (EBR) and Recipe Authoring/Validation.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, GxP, and SDLC regulations.
- Experience with risk-based validation methodologies and CSA principles.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Life Sciences or Engineering.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
