Are you a skilled technical writer with a background in the pharmaceutical industry? We’re looking for a Specialist Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in creating, revising, and approving documents using CDOC Veeva, coordinating meetings, and engaging stakeholders to ensure accurate and compliant documentation.

Responsibilities:
- Document Development: Create, edit, and format materials including SOPs, Business Practices, and guides.
- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure alignment.
- Guideline Adherence: Adhere to format, content, and style guidelines for documentation, focusing on usability and accuracy.
- Document Review: Administer the document processing review process to ensure compliance and quality.
- Communication: Utilize various communication media for document dissemination, such as CD, intranet, and online training.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in CDOC Veeva for document creation, revision, and approval.
- Strong coordination and facilitation skills for conducting effective meetings.
- Ability to engage multiple stakeholders and gather inputs efficiently.
- Experience in technical writing within the pharmaceutical industry, particularly SOPs.
- Attention to detail and adherence to format, content, and style guidelines for documentation.
