Position: Sr Engineer – Software
Location: Thousand Oaks, CA (Flexible commuter, with remote options available for exceptional candidates)
Competitive Pay Rate: $75/hr – $77/hr
What You’ll Do:
- Generate Electronic Batch Records (EBRs) using PAS-X, contributing to the seamless execution of manufacturing processes.
- Validate new EBRs through meticulous Application Lifecycle Management, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Assist in implementing new Manufacturing Execution System (MES) functionality, driving efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and refine standard work and business practices for MES functionality, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Contribute to Lean Transformation initiatives by tracking NPI/EBR metrics and applying continuous improvement tools.
- Collaborate on projects introducing new products or manufacturing technologies, playing a vital role in our innovation journey.
- Ensure smooth integration of PAS-X with external programs such as SAP, PI, and DeltaV, optimizing operational workflows.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proficiency in PAS X (Korber) software for electronic batch records, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong understanding of PAS-X integration with external systems, coupled with a passion for leveraging technology to drive results.
- Extensive operations knowledge in drug substance manufacturing, combined with a broad understanding of related disciplines.
- Experience in validating Electronic Batch Records and a commitment to maintaining compliance standards.

- Proficiency in Lean Transformation methodologies, with a track record of driving operational excellence.
