Job Title: Sr. Project Coordinator

Location: Summit, NJ (100% onsite)

Job Description:

  • Join our team as a Senior Project Coordinator, where you’ll play a crucial role in coordinating key operations for our client’s Strategy and Business Operations Team. You’ll be the right hand to executive leaders, using your expert judgment to ensure smooth project execution and office functioning. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, the ability to anticipate and resolve problems, and the capacity to juggle multiple complex tasks with minimal supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project coordination for key operations, including managing logistics, tracking progress, and maintaining documentation.
  • Assist in the development of meeting materials and presentations.
  • Generate and organize project-related data for team analysis.
  • Monitor project timelines and coordinate activities to achieve key milestones.
  • Maintain and reconcile project budget and expenses.
  • Manage correspondence, calendars, and schedules, and maintain accurate departmental records.
  • Prioritize activities based on departmental objectives and business needs.
  • Ensure manager’s preparedness for meetings and complete support requests in a timely manner.

Skills Required:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of project coordinator experience, or comparable experience.
  • 3+ years of experience contributing to or managing projects.
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite or MS Office 365.
  • 3+ years of experience in Cell Therapy, Biopharma, Pharma, Medical, or similar industry.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point). Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or other project management tools is highly desired.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to balance priorities and resources.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate with stakeholders across organizational levels, and adapt to change.
