Job Title: Sr. Real Estate Representative
Location: Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois (On-Site)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sr. Real Estate Representative to support the Third-Party Attachment (TPA) Team by coordinating and processing permit requests for communication equipment attachments on utility distribution assets. This role serves as the primary liaison between customers, internal engineering teams, and various business stakeholders to ensure permit requests are reviewed, approved, and completed accurately and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, along with experience in utility permitting, real estate, or related industries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related professional experience.
- Must have 1–5 years of experience in utility permitting, real estate, project coordination, or a related field.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail with experience maintaining accurate project documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with utility permitting or utility operations.
- Knowledge of property rights, easements, or right-of-way processes.
- Telecom industry or utility real estate experience.
- Experience coordinating engineering or infrastructure-related projects.
