Job Title: Staff Analyst
Location: Renton, Washington (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic individual to develop long-range strategies and organizational goals. Our team focuses on delivering strategic design and facilitation of large meetings and events, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, coordinate, and assess the architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.
- Lead the design, logistics, and facilitation of meetings and events.
- Conduct research and analyze data from multiple sources to support organizational performance tracking.
- Organize and maintain SharePoint and shared server content.
Required:
- 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis, and presenting findings.
- 3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
- 1+ years of experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders.
- Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
