Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and communicate major equipment delivery dates to project stakeholders
- Review Bills of Materials (BOMs) and purchase orders for accuracy
- Produce detailed reports to facilitate project material readiness meetings
- Identify and implement solutions to maintain project schedules
- Liaise between suppliers and site personnel to coordinate deliveries
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
Top Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with Primavera scheduling reports and material tracking software preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 4 years experience in supply chain, material tracking, or procurement
- Direct experience in project procurement expediting preferred
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
