If you have a keen eye for detail, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess experience in transmission line and substation projects, this opportunity is tailor-made for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track major equipment delivery dates and communicate readiness to project managers and stakeholders
  • Review Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure accuracy and alignment with Purchase Orders
  • Generate reports to assist Project Managers in material readiness meetings, highlighting purchase order status, lead times, and delivery dates
  • Occasionally visit vendor facilities to verify production readiness and address any concerns
  • Monitor supplier production schedules to ensure milestones are met and collaborate to resolve any delays
  • Manage material deliveries to multiple sites, acting as a liaison between suppliers and site personnel
  • Identify and report discrepancies in material deliveries, proposing solutions to maintain project timelines
  • Ensure all final documentation is submitted for the completion of payment milestones
  • Fulfill other duties as assigned and uphold all company policies and standards


  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in supply chain, material tracking, or procurement
  • Experience in transmission line and substation projects is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and support various projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational prowess
