Job Title: Staff Project Controls Specialist
Location: Downers Grove, IL
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead project controls processes with our client’s project management team to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery.
- Set up projects in Enterprise Planning & Controls software and analyze data for reporting.
- Develop and maintain scheduling reports, cost reports, cash flows, and forecasts for multiple projects.
- Oversee engineering, procurement, construction planning, scheduling, logistics, and cost control.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for the project team and manage purchase orders and subcontracts.
- Collaborate with the Project Management Team and Accounting Department to review project costs and support audits.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field, with 3 years of project controls experience, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to obtain OSHA 10-hour safety certification.
