Job Title: Staff Project Controls Specialist
Location: Kansas City, Missouri (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to lead and manage daily project controls tasks, providing essential input to overarching program controls strategies. Our team relies on skilled talent to drive quality, accurate reporting, and strong client partnerships across complex programs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute project controls quality and consistency plans, interface with clients, and prepare program reporting and statistics.
- Support implementation, training, and mentoring stakeholders in project controls technology, processes, and planning software configuration.
- Analyze data, prepare cost management and financial forecast reports, and conduct quality reviews of program documents and earned value reports.
- Participate in program meetings, schedule and resource planning, risk identification, field audits, and support critical program planning sessions.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field and 3 years of direct project controls experience; relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
- Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- OSHA 10-hour safety certification or ability to obtain.
