Job Title: Staff Project Controls Specialist
Location: Conshohocken, Pennsylvania (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our project management team by leading project controls processes to deliver on schedule and within budget. Our team values proactive individuals who ensure effective planning and analytics for successful project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the setup and management of project controls within Enterprise Planning & Controls software, including schedule and cost reporting.
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective scheduling reports, cost forecasts, cash flows, and progress measurement across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to manage planning, scheduling, logistics, and cost control processes.
- Serve as a critical point of contact for technical project-related inquiries and support field audits, change order reviews, and project forensic analysis as needed.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
- At least 3 years of direct project controls experience, including data analysis, scheduling, and cost management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Oracle Primavera P6 preferred.
- OSHA 10-hour safety certification or the ability to obtain it.
