Job Title: Staff Project Controls Specialist
Location: Conshohocken, Pennsylvania (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to lead project controls processes using enterprise software and collaborate with an internal project management team. Our team values precision and proactive management to ensure projects are executed within budget and schedule requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the setup and management of project controls in enterprise planning software while analyzing data, reviewing logs, and generating reports.
- Develop, implement, and maintain cost reports, scheduling reports, work breakdown structure (WBS), cash flows, and forecasts for multiple projects.
- Coordinate project execution plans and support engineering, procurement, construction planning, logistics, and cost control tasks.
- Interface with project teams and accounting departments to review project costs, approve purchase orders/subcontracts, review change orders, and support audits.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field; applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
- Minimum of 3 years direct project controls experience.
- Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 is preferred.
- OSHA 10-hour safety certification.
