We’re a leading company specializing in transmission and distribution projects, and we’re looking for a talented Staff Project Engineer to join our team. As a Staff Project Engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to lead and coordinate projects of varying scale and complexity, making a significant impact in our industry
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate projects from conception to closeout, including overhead transmission and substation projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and establish construction sequences
- Maintain detailed project financials and schedules, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns
- Oversee all aspects of projects, including siting, environmental compliance, procurement, and construction management
Top Technical Skills:
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and delegate tasks
- Knowledge of engineering principles and practices related to transmission and distribution projects
- Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and documentation
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology (any discipline)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Transmission and Distribution (T&D) projects
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to lead and motivate team members to achieve project objectives
