Job Title: Statistical Scientist

Job Summary:
Join our client’s team as a Statistical Scientist, where you’ll play a key role in designing and analyzing clinical and observational studies. You’ll provide statistical expertise and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. This position offers the opportunity to work independently and contribute to innovative solutions in the field of biostatistics.
Job Responsibilities:
• Translate scientific questions into statistical terms and ensure timely, quality deliverables.
• Offer statistical advice on study design, endpoints, and population selection for routine studies.
• Author or review protocols, statistical analysis plans, and clinical study reports.
• Support complex studies under the guidance of an experienced statistician.
• Collaborate with Data Science functions, providing details and specifications to Statistical Programmers.
• Develop a network with academics, regulators, and industry peers to share new methodologies.
Skills Required:
• PhD or M.S in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years (6+ years for MS) of experience in statistical methods in biomedical research or related fields.
• Proficiency in SAS; knowledge of R is preferred.
• Strong understanding of medical literature and the clinical, regulatory, and commercial landscape.
• Ability to implement and explain complex statistical methodologies.
