Job Title: Store Operations Specialist – Junior
Location: Framingham, Massachusetts (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are partnering with a company seeking a detail-oriented professional to support store presentation, operational planning, and cross-functional coordination across multiple retail locations. This position plays an important part in maintaining consistent standards, supporting special projects, and helping store teams execute merchandising initiatives effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Drive consistent presentation standards across stores and support seasonal floor sets, feature and flow planning, and merchandising updates.
- Coordinate with store teams on monthly direction, markdown calendars, and other operational communications.
- Support special projects including floor plan development, fixture rollouts, budgets, new store openings, remodels, and relocations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and leadership to prepare project updates, reporting, and operational recommendations.
Required:
- 2–5 years of experience in retail, administrative work, or a similar field.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
