Job Title: Strategic Sourcing Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to support capital projects and related procurement activity across construction and equipment spend categories. Our team is looking for a professional who can lead sourcing execution, support contract negotiations, and help ensure timely, compliant delivery across complex project environments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project-specific sourcing strategies and manage electronic request for proposal and quotation processes from planning through implementation.
- Support capital project teams with bid analysis, contractor selection, contract execution, and ongoing supplier coordination.
- Develop and maintain project sourcing plans, manage contracting activities, and support contract renewal and renegotiation needs.
- Collaborate with legal, insurance, tax, finance, and project stakeholders to help ensure procurement compliance and effective hand-off to contract-to-pay teams.
Required:
- Minimum of 10 years of strategic sourcing, capital procurement, operations/manufacturing, or project management experience.
- Hands-on experience working on a variety of capital projects.
- Strong understanding of sourcing processes, including tendering, supplier negotiations, and contracting in capital construction categories.
- Experience using e-sourcing tools such as Ariba and Scout.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and across geographic and functional reporting lines.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, plus willingness to travel up to 20% and fluency in business English, written and oral; Spanish is a plus.
