Job Title: Subcontract Administrator
Location: Merritt Island, Florida (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking professionals who bring disciplined procurement expertise and strong aerospace industry experience to our team. Our team values proactive engagement and dedicated follow-up to drive effective supply chain operations and new product integration.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, quoting, negotiating, placing, and closing out purchase orders and subcontracts.
- Support new product integration within supply chain management, ensuring timely introduction of new components and suppliers.
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships while coordinating performance, escalations, and corrective actions as needed.
- Represent supply chain management within integrated product teams and ensure procurement strategy aligns with program objectives.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in subcontract administration, procurement, or purchasing within the aerospace industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing full procurement lifecycles and driving supplier deliverables to closure.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and proven negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
