Job Title: Supply Chain Associate
Location: Thousand Oaks, California (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are supporting an opportunity for a Supply Chain Associate focused on material processing, dispensing, staging, and delivery in a fast-paced biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Our team is looking for a detail-driven professional who can help maintain accuracy, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations across warehouse and classified dispensary activities.
Responsibilities:
- Process, pick, dispense, stage, and deliver materials required for manufacturing operations.
- Follow SOPs, cGMP requirements, GDP standards, safety expectations, and cleanroom gowning protocols.
- Support material handling tasks in a warehouse setting, including operation of powered industrial vehicles when needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, support continuous improvement efforts, and communicate operational issues to area management.
Required:
- High school diploma or GED plus 2 years of work or military experience, or an associate degree plus 6 months of work or military experience.
- Manufacturing experience.
- Ability to work onsite in a warehouse and cleanroom-adjacent environment, including rotating day and swing shifts, weekend schedules, and holiday schedules as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs., push and pull heavy loads using material handling equipment, and perform physical work safely.
- Strong attention to detail, proactive nature, team-focused mindset, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and proficient math skills.
