Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a role dedicated to supporting the development, analysis, and execution of end-to-end supply plans. Our team is committed to ensuring uninterrupted product supply across a broad and dynamic manufacturing network, working closely with cross-functional partners to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, consolidate, and report on demand, supply plans, inventory projections, and key performance indicators for management and stakeholders.
- Develop and compare scenarios to recommend optimal supply plans, factoring in product demand requirements and network constraints.
- Coordinate cross-functional working sessions to resolve constraints, confirm aligned plans, and maintain clear communication with all relevant partners.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by optimizing processes, enhancing tools, and supporting automation and standardization in reporting.
Required:
- Demonstrated experience in network supply planning and scenario development within complex supply chain environments.
- Proficient in analytics, reporting, and planning systems, with a strong foundation in Excel and data validation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities to facilitate collaboration across multiple teams.
- A completed doctorate degree; or a master’s degree with 2 years of experience; or a bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience; or an associate’s degree with 8 years of experience; or a high school diploma/GED with 10 years of experience.
