Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee operational supply chain activities within a dynamic organization. Our team values impactful leadership focused on production planning, materials procurement, and efficiency improvements for manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage operational supply chain functions, including production planning, materials purchasing, inventory control, price setting, vendor selection, and distribution.
- Monitor the movement of raw materials, in-process goods, and completed merchandise to ensure production requirements and customer expectations are achieved.
- Collect data and prepare analyses to forecast demand and predict inventory needs, optimizing supply chain performance.
- Evaluate existing supply chain processes and implement changes to improve efficiency and overall performance.
Required:
- Demonstrated project management experience in manufacturing or production environments, particularly related to rate improvements or scaling.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with scope, schedule, cost, and multiple stakeholders such as engineers, technicians, and suppliers.
- Successful track record in delivering projects in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Fluency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
