Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a professional who will contribute to the organization's procurement and supply chain strategies. Our team values efficiency, collaboration, and attention to detail to ensure optimal sourcing and supply chain processes.
Responsibilities:
- Process requests, gather bids and pricing, issue purchase orders, confirm receipts, and manage invoice processing.
- Track shipments and perform downstream reporting to maintain transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders, including Contract Analysts, Supply Chain Specialists (Buyers), and Operations.
- Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies while negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
Required:
- Proven experience as a procurement specialist or in a similar position with knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles.
- Strong negotiation skills and competence in managing contracts and supplier relationships.
- Familiarity with supply chain management software, inventory management systems, or supplier databases.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
