Job Title: Support Engineering Data Specialist
Location: Warner Robins, Georgia (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to enhance technical documentation and support materials for aerospace systems. Our team values analytical skills and a commitment to quality, ensuring technical publications meet the highest standards for maintenance operations and fielded equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop publication elements across all levels of maintenance, including theory of operations, testing procedures, troubleshooting, illustrated parts breakdown, and schematic diagrams for major equipment systems and subsystems.
- Resolve source data gaps and inconsistencies, collaborating with originators to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Update publication elements in response to internal and external reviews, source data changes, and equipment modifications.
- Conduct quality checks and peer reviews of technical publication elements, validating overall technical accuracy and adherence to customer format standards and specifications.
Required:
- 1+ year of experience with tactical aircraft avionics systems, subsystems, and components, including knowledge of flight controls, radar, communications, weapons, and power distribution.
- 1+ year of experience working with technical data and publications for Aircraft Maintenance Engineering.
- 1+ year of proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to collect, research, and analyze technical source data to validate and update publication elements.
