Job Title: System Administrator
Location: Kennett Square, Pennsylvania (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to help maintain, configure, and support reliable server and computer operations across a dynamic technical environment. This position plays a critical part in keeping systems secure, stable, and efficient while supporting users and strengthening overall infrastructure performance.
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure hardware and software components to support system security and efficiency.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain reliable daily operations.
- Create user accounts, manage access control, and help enforce security measures across systems and data.
- Perform backups, upgrade software and operating systems, document system changes, and support periodic audits and compliance efforts.
Required:
- Experience in maintaining, configuring, and supporting computer systems and servers.
- Ability to install and upgrade software and operating systems.
- Experience with user account creation and access control administration.
- Ability to perform regular backups, ensure data integrity, and support system security measures.
- Ability to document system configurations and changes, conduct periodic system audits, and collaborate with network engineers and end users.
