Job Title: Systems and Data Analyst
Location: Berkeley, Missouri (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our team, focusing on SAP Production Planning within a large, complex business organization. Our team values collaboration and expertise to implement innovative SAP solutions and support critical business initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate workshops to design and enhance business process solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Identify, recommend, and implement advanced SAP configuration solutions, ensuring documentation is maintained through key decision and design documents.
- Translate functional specifications into application designs, coordinate development, oversee testing activities, and ensure successful delivery of enhancements.
- Advise on SAP best practices and standards, participating in project delivery phases and root cause analysis of system issues.
Required:
- 12+ years of consulting experience with SAP Production Planning, including 4+ years in S/4HANA environments.
- Demonstrated experience supporting at least two full life cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations and working with SAP PP and QM modules.
- Ability to produce thorough business and technical documentation, and proficiency collaborating with stakeholders across teams.
- Experience in large-scale organizational settings, including integration with related SAP modules and usage of methodologies such as SAP Activate and Agile (SAFe).
