Job Title: Systems Engineer
Location: Everett, Washington (On-site)
Job Summary: We represent a distinguished aerospace manufacturer seeking a highly motivated professional to contribute to the advancement of flight deck design. Responsibilities:
- Lead coordination with internal customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to develop mechanical and electrical system requirements.
- Identify and resolve technical problems, performing root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions for production and in-service issues.
- Develop thorough design documentation, including Interface Control Documents and Specification Control Documents/Drawings.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with integration and system requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited course of study.
- Minimum of 2 years of related engineering experience or a Master’s degree with equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated analytical, technical, and documentation skills in an engineering environment.
- Ability to independently manage assignments and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, supporting both design and operational phases.
