Job Title: Systems Engineer
Location: Everett, Washington (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced engineer to support systems engineering and integration within a multidisciplinary environment. Our team is committed to driving robust system development, compliance with certification standards, and collaboration across key engineering disciplines.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support requirements definition, decomposition, and allocation from aircraft-level to system and item level.
- Support development and maintenance of functional and logical airplane and system architecture, ensuring alignment with safety objectives.
- Guide item design and implementation activities, ensuring traceability to higher-level requirements and adherence to relevant standards.
- Plan and execute verification and validation activities across the V-model, and provide documentation and support for certification authorities.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, aerospace engineering, electrical/computer engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience across the systems engineering lifecycle within aerospace, automotive, or similarly complex system domains.
- Hands-on experience with V-Diagram processes, including requirements, design, implementation, verification, and validation.
- Knowledge of safety assessments (FHA, PSSA, SSA, CMA, FMEA/FMES) and familiarity with certification frameworks (ARP4754A, ARP4761, DO-178C, DO-254).
