Job Title: Systems Engineer
Location: Everett, Washington (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced engineer to provide technical, business, and integration leadership across cross-functional teams for mission-critical programs. Our team values proactive leadership and clear communication to drive complex projects from concept through certification and introduction to service.
Responsibilities:
- Lead special projects and initiatives that enhance system maturity and support type certification as well as entry into service.
- Develop integrated project plans, form and lead teams, and manage technical developments through all phases of certification and program introduction.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, regulators, peers, and suppliers.
- Manage technical risks and opportunities, drive cross-functional investigations, and facilitate project management to resolve complex integration and compliance issues.
Required:
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
- 10+ years performing complex engineering or system integration work.
- 7+ years’ experience leading and/or managing complex projects, including cross-functional and cross-organization initiatives.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers, and business partners.
