Job Title: Systems Engineer

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Systems Engineer. Our team focuses on developing and implementing robust requirements management processes, alongside risk and technology readiness assessments, to drive our operations' efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor requirements management processes and tools.
- Resolve cross-functional technical issues with precision and efficiency.
- Perform in-depth data analysis using tools like Tableau, Excel, and Microsoft Access.
- Implement technology readiness assessments and manage associated risks and opportunities.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field and 5+ years' experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years' experience.
- Strong proficiency in data management using tools such as Tableau, Excel, and Microsoft Access.
- Experience in the automation industry or a similar technical field.
- In-depth knowledge of requirements management processes and cross-functional issue resolution.
