Job Title: Systems Engineering Support Analyst
Location: Everett, Washington (On-Site)
Job Summary: Our team is dedicated to advancing Customer Engineering solutions through expert application development and support. We are seeking skilled professionals who can contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of these systems, ensuring their reliability and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and maintain business applications supporting Customer Engineering operations.
- Support production applications and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Translate business and technical requirements into functional application solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to deliver effective, reliable solutions.
Required:
- Strong experience with ASP.NET MVC, C#, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, T-SQL, PL/SQL, VBA, XML, HTML, and ColdFusion.
- Robust Salesforce development skills including experience with Apex, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
- Technical bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, or PhD with significant related work experience.
