Job Title: Systems Reliability Engineer
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate across disciplines to design and verify comprehensive system solutions.
- Assess customer needs to define system performance requirements and ensure compatibility across interfaces.
- Conduct analyses to enhance system architecture and ensure mission success.
- Integrate quality factors like reliability and maintainability into system configurations.
- Improve and manage requirements processes, tools, and risk management.
- Address and resolve technical issues across functions.
Essential Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or related field.
- Over 4 years of experience in Systems Engineering principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Critical thinking and adaptability in agile team settings.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Systems Engineering V model.
- Expertise in Reliability, Maintainability, and System Health.
- Familiarity with Failure Mode Effect Analysis.
- Advanced degree in Engineering or related field is a plus.
