Job Title: Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist – Junior
Location: Framingham, Massachusetts (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We facilitate a seamless hiring process for high-volume distribution center environments by providing critical operational support. Our team acts as the bridge connecting candidates, recruiters, and HR partners to ensure an exceptional experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver an engaging candidate experience aligned with the organization’s employment brand.
- Coordinate and schedule onsite and virtual interviews across distribution center locations while supporting multiple recruiters in a dynamic environment.
- Draft and send offer letters, oversee pre-hire background checks, and adjudicate employment and education verification flags.
- Track applicant flow in the ATS, manage candidate pipelines in Excel, and communicate proactively with candidates and internal teams to ensure readiness for orientation.
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills with an ability to multitask in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, effectively prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy and professionalism under deadlines.
