Job Title: Talent and Inclusion Specialist III
Location: Remote
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Talent and Inclusion Specialist III to lead and coordinate enterprise Talent Development and Inclusion & Belonging programs. Our team focuses on fostering an inclusive environment and driving organizational growth through strategic talent initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule live and virtual learning activities, ensuring seamless execution of logistics and technology.
- Assist in creating and delivering Leadership & Talent Development content tailored for various employee levels.
- Partner with Inclusion & Belonging leadership to manage strategic project management for I&B activities.
- Collect and analyze training metrics to assess program effectiveness and develop insightful reports for leadership.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Learning Design, Business, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in coordinating virtual and live training delivery.
- Proficiency in SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
