Job Title: T&D Project Manager General
Location: Bloomington, Minnesota (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to lead complex, multi-discipline engineering projects from concept to completion. Our team values strong leadership and a solution-oriented mindset to ensure project delivery is executed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership across multi-discipline project teams, overseeing all aspects of safety, quality, engineering, procurement, construction, and compliance from initiation through closeout.
- Manage project communication, schedules, budgets, risk reviews, and client relations to drive successful and profitable outcomes.
- Lead project management activities including RFP development, proposal review, subcontracting, and the negotiation and execution of contracts and change orders.
- Promote adherence to company safety programs, quality assurance/control processes, and effective project controls, ensuring all activities meet organizational standards and client requirements.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field from an accredited program.
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience specifically related to 765kV projects (internship experience excluded from this count).
- Demonstrated substantial and meaningful 765kV experience beyond limited tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
