Job Title: Technical Design
Location: Everett, Washington (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking experienced and senior technical design professionals to support interior payload system development throughout the product lifecycle. Our team is looking for candidates who can help define design solutions, support supplier and engineering collaboration, and contribute to the validation, integration, and release of interior and structural requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, integrate, and document structural and interior payload system requirements to help establish the system design.
- Support the development of new design and analysis processes and tools that improve effectiveness, quality, and efficiency.
- Develop, maintain, and modify interior payload system and component designs using 3-D computer-aided design tools and other design methods.
- Collaborate with project engineering, production engineering, program and product teams, management, technical staff, suppliers, and external customers throughout the product lifecycle.
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in a technical field.
- Experience with the following: CATIA, MBSE
- Experience in technical design, including modeling and technical integration, or an equivalent combination of additional education and relevant experience.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience supporting customer configuration development, validating and verifying design requirements, integrating business needs, or supporting production and certification processes.
- Experience with any of the following: Production/manufacturing systems, part or product design or integration, compliance validation, design for manufacturing, Visual Basic, Python, Java, model based design and systems engineering, or relational design.
