Job Title: Technical Designer
Location: Everett, Washington (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking driven individuals to support critical aerospace manufacturing initiatives by applying core drafting criterions and production design support. Our team values proactive collaborators who contribute directly to product quality and cross-functional engineering solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Apply drafting standards and concepts to address product and process concerns throughout manufacturing operations.
- Create drafted parts and modify model definitions based on engineering input to improve quality and resolve operational concerns.
- Collaborate in cross-functional environments to support and deliver design changes, improvement initiatives, and continuous lifecycle support.
- Engage in materials and process support, including definition, evaluation, and certification of electronic and electromechanical aerospace components.
Required:
- Associate degree in a related discipline and at least three years of aerospace design experience, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Proven experience working with detail and assembly parts in aerospace design environments.
- Competency with solid modeling tools such as CATIA and Integrated Visualization Tool (IVT) systems.
- Fundamental knowledge of drafting principles, product structure, and machining of metallic parts.
