Job Title: Technical Designer
Location: Everett, Washington (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide support for design and production engineering at various locations. Our team values technical excellence and collaborative problem-solving to enhance product quality and operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Support product and process issues in real-time fabrication environments using fundamental drafting principles and design concepts.
- Create drafted parts and product structures to address operational and quality concerns within engineering specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate design changes and improvements throughout the life cycle of products.
- Maintain technical proficiency and demonstrate a positive, adaptable attitude in fast-paced, agile environments.
Required:
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in drafting classification.
- 9+ years of experience in aerospace design, including work with detail and assembly parts.
- Basic understanding and usage of computer-aided design and design product structure (details, parts, assemblies, installations).
- Experience with CATIA or equivalent solid modeling, and proficiency using Integrated Visualization Tool (IVT).
