Job Title: Technical Program Manager
Location: San Francisco, California (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to drive the adoption, governance, and strategic deployment of advanced AI technologies across the enterprise. Our team is focused on orchestrating transformative AI initiatives that impact every area of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive program management for enterprise-wide AI tool deployments, including the coordination of pilot programs through full-scale rollouts.
- Design and execute program strategies encompassing training, change management, stakeholder engagement, and the development of governance and compliance protocols for AI usage.
- Oversee license provisioning, vendor management, and technical deployment logistics in partnership with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop executive communications, training materials, and adoption resources to support ongoing AI literacy and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- At least ten years of program management experience leading large-scale, complex technology initiatives in an enterprise environment.
- Direct experience deploying AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, or similar platforms to significant user populations.
- Strong understanding of AI governance frameworks, compliance requirements, and responsible AI principles within an organizational context.
- Proven communication and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in project planning and experience with tools like JIRA, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
