Job Title: Technical Project Manager
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to lead project teams within an engineering environment, taking projects from planning through execution while maintaining quality standards. Our team values strong leadership, communication, and the ability to manage complex initiatives to successful completion.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans for moderate complexity initiatives, including project scheduling and milestones.
- Work with management to allocate resources, provide recurring project updates to stakeholders, and ensure alignment with departmental objectives.
- Motivate and guide multidisciplinary project teams, manage communication channels, and resolve conflicts to maintain high morale and performance.
- Ensure adherence to all company quality procedures, maintain project documentation, and provide technical oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or Management.
- Project Management certification preferred.
- Demonstrated skills in clear communication, conflict resolution, project planning (waterfall and/or agile), and organization.
- Ability to manage priorities, solve problems, and motivate team members effectively.
