Job Title: Technical Specialist/Scientist
Location: Pomona, California (Hybrid)
Job Summary: Our team is dedicated to delivering advanced technical solutions that support the seamless onboarding and provisioning for personnel. We focus on ensuring compliance with security, governance, and access requirements, empowering new employees to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day operational support and technical analysis for onboarding and provisioning activities.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to validate job templates and ensure accurate provisioning requests.
- Maintain ownership of the team mailbox to manage, prioritize, and respond to access and provisioning requests.
- Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to track tasks, ensuring timely delivery of technology and system access.
Required:
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills for managing onboarding processes.
- Experience with enterprise systems like SAP, SuccessFactors, Helix/Remedy, or similar tools.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving onboarding and provisioning issues.
- High School Diploma or equivalent with a focus on analytical and problem-solving skills.
