Job Title: Technical Specialist/Scientist
Location: Pomona, California (Hybrid)
Job Summary: Our team is dedicated to ensuring seamless onboarding and provisioning for key personnel in various departments. We prioritize compliance and security while empowering new employees with the access they need to start confidently on Day One.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and manage access and provisioning requests, ensuring compliance with established standards.
- Collaborate closely with IT and cross-functional teams to track and complete tasks promptly.
- Communicate with hiring managers to review and validate job templates for accuracy and completeness.
- Own the team mailbox, run weekly reports, and provide operational support to resolve onboarding issues.
Required:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in managing multiple requests concurrently, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot provisioning issues effectively.
