Job Title: Technical Writing Specialist
Location: New Albany, Ohio (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven professional to support critical transformation initiatives within the supply chain and quality systems. Our team values precise document management, project execution, and compliance excellence in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for planning and warehouse functions in preparation for SAP ECC to SAP S4 Hana upgrade.
- Provide support for User Acceptance Testing and creation of training materials related to the SAP S4 Hana upgrade.
- Own and contribute to quality systems records, including deviations, change control records, CAPA, and SOP documentation, ensuring compliance with GMP/GDP and EHSS requirements.
- Act as supply chain representative in cross-departmental projects, track project KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations.
Required:
- Experience managing controlled documents and performing technical writing duties.
- Experience handling deviations within a GMP-regulated environment.
- Proven project management abilities and strong attention to detail in planning and execution.
- Demonstrated understanding of ERP systems, specifically SAP S4 Hana.
