Job Title: Technician – Integration Engineering – C
Location: Merritt Island, Florida (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team, contributing technical expertise and leadership in human spaceflight integration and production. Our team focuses on driving safe and efficient operations through innovative approaches and a commitment to high quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Configure new production work areas by setting up tooling and equipment to optimize workflow and minimize delays during the transition into high-rate manufacturing.
- Operate material handling equipment and precision calibrated tools to maintain safety and quality standards in production environments.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for safety, efficiency, and overall productivity to support mission objectives.
- Maintain clean and organized work spaces following 5S principles, and perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and hardware inspections as needed.
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, integration, or aircraft heavy depot level maintenance, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to accurately interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Experience with precision calibration tools including torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers, laser tracker, and optical measuring instruments.
- Ability to lift 50lbs, work at heights and in confined spaces, and proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
