Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated technician to join our team, focusing on high-rate manufacturing to optimize aerospace structures. Our team is driven by precision, aiming to ensure quality and efficiency within the integration engineering process.
Responsibilities:
- Configure new production work areas with necessary tooling to ensure efficient workflow.
- Operate precision calibrated tools to maintain safety and quality standards.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for a safer work environment.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas adhering to 5S principles for operational efficiency.
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing and structural fields.
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications accurately.
- Experience with precision calibration tools like torque wrenches and micrometers.
- Comfortable working at heights with ability to lift 50lbs.
