Job Title: Technician – Integration Engineering – D
Location: Merritt Island, Florida (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a driven professional to support a mission-critical production environment focused on safe and efficient human spaceflight. Our team values technical expertise and leadership that contribute to high safety standards and a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Configure production areas with appropriate tooling and equipment to optimize workflow and minimize delays during manufacturing transitions.
- Operate material handling equipment and precision calibrated tools while maintaining strict safety and quality protocols.
- Lead and implement continuous improvement projects related to safety and operational efficiency within the production environment.
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and preparation of aerospace hardware, including the application of thermal protection systems, in alignment with engineering specifications and procedures.
Required:
- 2 or more years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, integration, aircraft heavy depot level maintenance, or a related field.
- Ability to accurately interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Experience with precision calibration tools such as torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers, laser tracker, and optical measuring instruments.
- Capacity to lift up to 50lbs and willingness to work at heights or in confined spaces.
