Job Title: Technology Portfolio Analyst

Job Summary: We are representing an opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to support the accuracy, consistency, and usability of technology portfolio data. Our team is seeking someone who can combine strong analysis, clear communication, and disciplined follow-through to help maintain trusted portfolio information and support data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update technology portfolio data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Monitor data quality, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and follow up with stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Create dashboards, reports, and analysis that provide meaningful insight and support decision-making.
- Gather requirements, coordinate survey campaigns, and communicate clearly with stakeholders to validate and improve portfolio information.
Required:
- Experience working in data management, portfolio management, enterprise architecture, or a related analytical function.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and functions used for validation, analysis, and reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards for data accuracy.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into practical dashboards, reports, or process improvements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft clear stakeholder communications.
- Ability to organize work, manage follow-up activities, and monitor progress across multiple requests or campaigns.
